How to create a kneading pressure

How to create a kneading pressure

3 ways to create a kneading pressure with your Tola®Point:

1. Roll or slide your body over your Point

Points and Wedges have wide, stable bases so you can create a dynamic, kneading massage by rolling or sliding your body over and around your Point.

2. Mount your Point on a Rocker

A Rocker has a gently curved base and a Point on a Rocker will rock in any direction. The harder the surface you are working on, the more unstable a Point on a Rocker will be. We recommend working on softer surfaces when you add a Rocker to your Point. For example, for a lying technique, work on your bed, or a yoga mat, or a carpet rather than directly on the floor.

3. Mount your Point on a foam-roll

For a more controlled backward-and-forward motion, use your TolaBelt to mount your Point on a foam-roll or half-roll. A Point on a foam-roll or the flat surface of a half-roll will only move perpendicular to the roll.Your belt is sized to fit snugly on 6in (diameter) rolls and 3in half-rolls.
