Buttocks, with looped Strap

Buttocks, with looped Strap

A 750 on a looped Strap is shown.


  1. Loop your Strap around your waist and then a suitable anchor point. Avoid stepping into a closed, anchored Strap.
  2. Take up the slack in the loop. Turn in the loop to position your TolaPoint over your buttock. With your legs apart, lean gently away from the anchor to engage your Point.
  3. Relax your buttock. Lean away from the anchor and let your body weight create the required pressure.
  4. For more pressure, push away from the anchor with your legs, or squeeze the loop of the Strap closed with your hand.
  5. To exit, first release your Strap from it's anchor point and open it. Avoid stepping out of a close, anchored Strap.

  1. Loop your Strap around your waist and then a suitable anchor point. Avoid stepping into a closed, anchored Strap.
  2. Take up the slack in the loop. Face the anchor point to position your TolaPoint over your lower-back. With one leg ahead of the other, lean gently away from the anchor to engage your Point.
  3. Relax your lower-back. Keep one leg ahead of the other and lean away from the anchor. Let your body weight create the pressure required.
  4. If you need more pressure, push away from the anchor point with your legs.
  5. To exit, first release your Strap from it's anchor point and open it. Avoid stepping out of a close, anchored Strap.

  1. Take up the slack in the loop. Turn in the loop to position your TolaPoint over the hip on your affected side. Lift your Point up to your chest and slip your unaffected arm under your Strap so that your Strap can rest on your unaffected shoulder.
  2. Relax your chest and, keeping your one leg ahead of the other, lean away from the anchor to let your body weight create the pressure as required.
  3. For more pressure, push away from the anchor with your legs.
