Can I return something I bought?
Yes. We accept returns within 30-days. No questions asked.
Furthermore, all TolaPoint products are fully guaranteed against defects. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, contact us within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are calling about a damaged item.
We do not refund/credit shipping and handling fees.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere parcel services can deliver.. We’ve used the USPS to ship successfully to the UK, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, China and Hong Kong.
Do you share customer information with anyone?
No. We respect your right to privacy. Keeping customer information secure and only using it to assist our customer’s satisfaction is important to us. The personally identifiable information we collect from you such as name, address, e-mail, telephone numbers, and credit card information is not shared with any external sources, unless we have authorization from you and/or we are required to do so by law.
